Summary: This cozy ranch is five minutes drive from the public beaches of Wells. We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door. The beds were all sleep number but the remote controls were missing, the sunny kitchen had plenty of pans / utensils but was missing detergent and garbage liners - had we know we would have added those to our initial shopping List. The flush handle in one of the bathrooms was inoperable but our host sent over someone to fix it the next day. Overall a nice place with a few glitches.
